To ensure the proper functioning of All-American Sports websites and to provide better insight we use so-called cookies to get into the users of our websites. Doing this we use, among other things, Google Analytics. We hereby anonymize your IP address. We also use of Facebook and Twitter buttons. These services may place cookies.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary is for the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:

• Taking care of the internet environment of our website(s);
• Taking care of the (financial) administration and processing payments;
• Delivering orders
• Providing newsletters and invitations.

 We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we do not processing agreement. We make with these parties (processors). This naturally includes the necessary agreements to ensure the security of your personal data guarantees. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless required and permitted by law. An example of this is that the police in the requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you inform us in writing here gives permission. We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

 

Minors

If we are aware of the age, we only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if this is done in writing consent is given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

Retention period

All-American Sports does not store personal data longer than necessary the purpose for which they were provided or is required by law.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to to protect your personal data against unlawful processing for example, we have taken the following measures;

• SSL certificate to securely process your data on our website
• All persons who have knowledge of your data on behalf of All-American Sports can take, be held to secrecy thereof.
• We have a username and password policy on all of our systems;
• We make backups of the personal data in order to  restore it in the event of physical of technical incidents;
• We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
• Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

Rights regarding your data 

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the information provided by you transferred to us have it transferred to yourself or on your instructions directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to aforementioned requests. May we process your personal data based on information provided by you permission to do so, you always have the right to withdraw this permission.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data we ask you to contact us directly about this. We come together If you do not specify, we will of course find this very annoying. You always have the right one submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, this is the supervisory authority authority in the field of privacy protection.

The AVG Foundation declares that All-American Sports is a valid participant and may carry the vignette AVG OK.
