CHEST
Relax the arms. Measure the widest part of the chest and hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor. TIP: If the measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
WAIST
Measure around the natural waist at the navel. Hold a finger between the body and the measuring tape for a more comfortable fit.
HIP
Stand with your feet together and hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor. Measure around the widest part of the hips and buttocks.
