How do I find the product I'm looking for? 

The All-American Sports website is extensive, and it's not always easy to find what you're looking for.  That's why we now provide visitors with a super-fast search function. Just enter a word and you're on your way! 

What is the delivery time?
We try to ensure that all the products listed on the site are actually in stock.  That way we can keep our delivery times short.  Most articles in stock can be delivered within 2 to 3 days. And when an item is not in stock, the average delivery time is only 7-10 days.

If you need the merchandise by a specific date, please check with us to see whether this is doable.  Just email us at info@allamericansports.nl.

Gymnastics leotards 
Unfortunately it is not possible to stock all the various models and sizes in the Dreamlight and GK Elite leotard collections.  Delivery dates depend on the season and what the American manufacturer has in stock. Deliveries may take several weeks or sometimes even months.

If it's important to have the merchandise delivered by a certain date, we advise you to contact us well in advance.  Email us at info@allamericansports.nl. 

What if a product is no longer in stock? 
In that case we can usually offer you a comparable product. Naturally we will refund any price difference.  If no acceptable alternative can be found, we will cancel your order and refund the price of the article.  

How long does it take to refund my money?                              
We deal with refunds as quickly as possible. Since they are processed as aggregate payments, it may take a little longer. In any case, the final payment is due within thirty days.    

What are the shipping costs? 
Within the Netherlands there is no charge for orders over 75.  Below that amount the shipping costs are € 4.95.  For Belgium the shipping costs are € 9.95. For the rest of Europe, the charges vary. 

How can I arrange to visit the showroom?

How do I pay in the showroom?  
You can pay in cash or use the ATM.

How do I pay on the website? 
There are various options.  Take your choice!

How do I return an item? 
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased via the website of All-American Sport, you may return it within 14 days. Articles made to the specifications of the buyer are not returnable.

We would appreciate if you could let us know by email that you wish to return an item.  Although you have the right to try out the item in question, it must be returned unused and undamaged.  If the product is clearly used and/or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the price.

To guarantee a prompt return, it is important that you include the following information: 
- name  
- number and date of the invoice
- reason for returning the item 
- your bank account number

The purchase price of the item will be refunded within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, but we will refund any shipping costs incurred when the item was purchased.

What kind of guarantees do you provide?  
All-American Sports guarantees that all items meet the customary norms and standards in force at the moment of delivery and which can reasonably be expected under normal use.  Should it appear that the goods do not meet the customary standards, we ask you to notify All-American Sports as quickly as possible, in any case within two months of delivery.

In addition to the guarantees provided by the manufacturer, All-American Sports complies with the legal guarantee covering products offered for sale on internet. 

What is the 100 % satisfaction guarantee?
All-American Sports is not satisfied until you are.  If you have a complaint, we invite you to suggest a solution.  We will then do everything in our power to implement that solution.  

What should I do if I still have a complaint?  
Complaints pertaining to products already delivered or services already provided by All-American Sports can be reported by email: klantenservice@allamericansports.nl.

Within 7 days of receiving your complaint we will contact you in order to discuss the problem and the best way of resolving it.
